Polygons representing the ilots or part of ilots which have obtained by prefectoral decree a derogation granting the right to receive agricultural spreads, although situated less than 500 m from the shell production areas defined by prefectoral decree.
The reduction of 500 m for livestock manure applications on agricultural land is mandatory in accordance with the requirements laid down in the ICPE regulations or the Regional Action Programme for nitrates.
