Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Perimeter Revitalisation Operations of Tarbes and Lourdes Territory

Created in 2018 by Article 157 of the ELAN Act, Operation Revitalisation of the Territory (ORT) is a tool at the service of voluntary local authorities for the implementation of their overall territorial project aimed at consolidating centrality functions that benefit all. Through its legal effects, the objective of this tool is to contribute to the recovery of old centres by undertaking actions concerning housing (combating unworthy housing, combating housing vacancies, etc.), the development (valorisation of built heritage, rehabilitation of urban wastelands...) and trade (combating the vacancy of commercial and craft premises, etc.). This tool is aimed at any territory that wants to implement a global revitalisation project. Thus, the ORT is a flagship tool to support the 222 communities involved in the Action heart de ville program as well as the municipalities that have won the Petites Villes de Demain program. The municipalities of Tarbes and Lourdes are concerned by an ORT in the Hautes Pyrénées department.
