Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Regulatory flood zone established by an approved (obsolute) PPRI in the Jura

The zoning available on this layer has not yet been integrated into the N_ZONE_REG_PPRN_S_039. All areas defined by the Prefectural Decree approving the PPRI are seized, including white areas (areas included in the study area but not subject to any regulatory constraints). The PPR is a regulatory prevention dossier that informs populations and planners of risk areas and defines measures to reduce vulnerability. It was established by the Act of 22 July 1987, as amended by the Act of 2 February 1995. The PPR procedure is defined by Articles L.562-1 to L3562-9 of the Environmental Code. This layer has been obsolete since the publication of the COVADIS PPRN-PPRT standard (see http://geoinfo.metier.i2/standard-de-donnees-covadis-plan-a2140.html). It is replaced by the layer N_ZONE_REG_PPRN_AAAANNNN_S n°#0000759.
