Dataset description
From 2021 it is mandatory, in certain communes of the mountainous massifs, to equip your vehicle with chains or winter tyres (Decree n°2020-1264 of 16 October 2020).
In the Drôme, Prefectural Decree No. 26-2021-09-27-00001 of 27 September 2021 lists the municipalities (cf. prefectoral decree and attached map) where equipment of vehicles becomes mandatory during the winter period, i.e. from 1 November to 31 March.
