The reference watercourse usable in Ille-et-Vilaine for the application of the rules of good agricultural and environmental condition (GAEC) and the regulatory application distances of plant protection products and nitrogen fertilisers has evolved: it corresponds since 1 January 2018 to the inventory published on the State website in the department (provisions of Annex III to the Ministerial Order of 13 April 2018) available on the link https://geobretagne.fr/m/?wmc=c2104253ac5ebd580b5495d32b2c8dcc&c=scan25.
It is also published on the National Geoportal https://www.geoportail.gouv.fr/carte.
This inventory was last updated on 30 January 2022.
This layer is the consolidated layer of reference watercourses for compliance with GAEC and spreading. It shall consist of:
— the complete mapping of the rivers carried out under the government instruction of 3 June 2015 on the following watersheds in Ille-et-Vilaine: Coastal basins of the region of Dol de Bretagne, Couesnon, Vilaine upstream of Rennes, Oudon, Semnon, Dear, Aff, Vilaine median north, Chevré, Flume, Ille (except for the municipality of Gosné), Seiche, Vilaine Médiane Sud and Yvel.
— flows in full and dotted line on the scan at 1: 25,000 of the IGN (SCAN 25) 2014 vintage in the territory known as the “progressive map area”, where the complete mapping of the rivers is being developed in accordance with the government instruction of 3 June 2015.
