These CRTEs must address three issues: — In the short term (2021-2022) the regions (territorial communities, socio-economic actors, associations, inhabitants) will be involved in the recovery plan. — During the period of the 2020-2026 municipal mandate, it is also a matter of supporting communities in their territory project, Finally, they must illustrate the differentiated and simplified approach to decentralisation.
