Within the meaning of the Bouches-du-Rhône Prefectural Decree No. 2013343-0007 of 9 December 2013, “massages exposed to the risk of fire” means land in kind of wood, forests, scrubs, heaths, scrubs, plantations or reforestations, constituting continuous and homogeneous forest massifs, excluding forest formations subject to low risks.
