Situation of the territorial air energy climate plan in the department of Orne.

The Law on Energy Transition for Green Growth (LTECV) strengthens the role of local and regional authorities in the fight against climate change, of which the territorial climate-air-energy plan (PCAET) is a mechanism central operational. The variations of this new regulatory tool are reminiscent of the provisions of Agenda 21. The PCAET must also take into account the SCoT (Territorial Coherence Schema) so that the provisions relating to urban planning can be integrated (mobilities, space consumption, respect for urban structures, etc.).
