This layer represents the hold of existing soil maps in Brittany, on scales smaller than the 1/250 000. These maps cover about 45 % of the Breton territory on scales ranging from 1/100 000 to 1/5 000. These maps were made between 1970 and 1990 for the most part, in order to respond to various themes (values in agricultural land, drainage reference area, soil knowledge, land application plans, etc.). These cards are available in several formats: image or vector, with where appropriate a more or less complete award table. The legend distinguishes on the one hand the format (nature of the contour line of the soil map) and on the other hand the scale (color of the contour line of the soil map).
The winning table consists of the following fields:
— NAME: Name of the map composed of its location and the corresponding scale
— FORMAT: Map format: scan or vector
— SCALE: Map scale
— DEPART. Department(s) in which the map is located
— DATE: Year of publication of the map
— AUTHOR: Author of the card
