Category A6 easements relate to noxious water easements attached to drainage land remediation work. They were established pursuant to Articles L.152-1 and R.152-1 to R.152-16 of the Rural Code. Their effect is the obligation of any owner to withstand on its bottom the passage of the underground or open-cast pipes necessary for the flow of harmful water. This resource describes the surface plates of Grade A6 easements confused with their generators, i.e. areas where harmful water is disposed of.
