Scope of the “territorial development contracts” (EPCI signatories to contracts).
These territorial development contracts are based on taking into account strong local specificities that require coordination and mobilisation of public policies to respond to them. In the Hauts-de-France, the State, the Region, the departments and the EPCI concerned have been particularly mobilised to address the challenges of territories facing significant vulnerabilities in areas such as economic renewal, spatial planning, transport, the environment, training, health, culture...
Some clarifications:
— ERBM: only the municipalities of the mining basin within the perimeter of the 8 signatories EPCI are taken into account
— Calaisis: the contract signed with the CA of Calaisis did not include at the time of its signature the 4 municipalities that subsequently joined the EPCI (now CA Grand Calais Land and Seas). It was decided to include them in the zoning of the contract.
— Aménois: although Greater Aménois is normally covered by the contract, only the Community of agglomeration is officially engaged. The perimeter is therefore limited to that of EPCI.
