In France, the local planning plan (PLU), or the local urban planning plan (PLUI), is the main planning document for urban planning at the municipal level (PLU) or intercommunal (PLUI). It replaces the land use plan (POS) since the law on urban solidarity and renewal of 13 December 2000, known as the SRU Law1. Reserved pitches are established for equipment projects, green spaces or social housing programs. These locations reflect a commitment of public authorities to set up public facilities in their territory: •of public roads and works, • installations of general interest • green areas •housing programmes for social diversity (in urban areas or urban areas); Its application makes it possible to freeze any private construction project. The community puts an option on land that it intends to acquire for use in the general interest. These locations are located according to the needs and means appreciated by the community. These will be either built or not. The area of the reserved sites is not limited, it is determined by the right of way necessary to carry out the project(s)
