The urban task represents areas where construction is contiguous, creating buffer zones around existing buildings.
The data used comes from the MAJIC files and the Computerised Cadastral Plan, and is delivered in the form of “land files” of CEREMA.
Only the total urban task (at the last date of delivery of the land files) is associated with this file and can be downloaded.
By exploiting the date of construction of the oldest building on the parcel, it is possible to assign a construction date to the various buildings and carry out urban tasks on different dates. Several “dated” urban tasks were carried out (1968, 1975, 1982, 1990, 1999, 2006, 2011). They are available on request at DDT 04. The corresponding year is indicated in the name of the layer.
This data makes it possible to analyse the urban extension of a municipality or territory.
Version 3 includes information about condominiums.
