Lists of reserved rivers have been published by successive decrees following the publication of this law. For the existing enterprises, regularly established on the date of promulgation of Law No 80— 531 of 15 July 1980, or referred to in Article 27 of that Law, a concession or a authorisation may be granted provided that the height of the dam is not modified. ”. This provision applies only to hydroelectric works. This Act does not require the equipment of existing structures for crossing the migratory fish during concession or authorisation renewals.
