Cette couche regroupe toutes les zones archéologiques sensibles définies par les 26 arrêtés de zonages archéologiques communaux et un arrêté de seuil téléchargeables sur <a href = "http://www.guadeloupe.gouv.fr/Publications/Le-Recueil-des-actes-administratifs/Arretes-de-zonage-archeologique"> le site de la PREFECTURE DE GUADELOUPE </a>. Se rapporter à ces arrêtés pour l'application de la règlementation.
Les règles de saisines par les services de l'urbanisme sont les suivantes :
- communes sans zonages : tous projets sur une assise foncière > 3 000 m2
- communes avec zonages :
* en zone sensible : tous projets
* hors zone sensible : tous projets sur une assise foncière > 10 000 m2
