Zone of reciprocity around ICPE (Installations Classified for Environmental Protection), instructed by the DDCSPP.
A facility classified for environmental protection is a fixed installation the operation of which poses risks to the environment. Examples:factories, livestock, warehouses, quarries, etc.
An ICPE can therefore, depending on the case, generate several zones of reciprocity depending on the type of project to come, in order to prevent possible future nuisances.
These reciprocity zones are treated differently in terms of GIS representation, depending on whether the generator is subject to authorisation/registration or reporting.
For ICPEs subject to authorisation/registration:
The location of the generator has been resumed on a large scale.
From the generators, 4 zones of reciprocity have been deducted, according to the planned shelves according to the type of project to come.
For reporting ICPEs:
The location of the generator was also resumed on a large scale, using a somewhat different methodology, linked to the number of installations to be processed, much more substantial, and also to the difference of the type of file.
From this precise location, a single zone of reciprocity is deducted to protect homes, stadiums, campsites, residential areas POS/PLU.
Objective:
To have the various areas of reciprocity around ICPEs, known as agricultural ones, in the context of the application of soil law, in particular and also meeting the needs of the Agricultural and Rural Economics Service.
