Zoning defined by a 2018 decree. Businesses that are set up in the municipalities of the urban basin to be boosted (between 1/1/2018 and 31/12/2020) benefit for three years from a specific tax exemption scheme. In the Hauts-de-France 159 municipalities of the mining basin are concerned by this scheme.
