Limites des Zones de préemption des Espaces Naturels Sensibles (ZPENS) déléguées à l'AEV, agrégée par nom d'ENS. Afin de mener sa politique de protection à bien, le département peut créer des zones de préemption sur les ENS. C’est cet instrument qui lui permet d’acquérir un terrain, à titre onéreux lors de son aliénation, par préférence à tout acquéreur. Ce droit de préemption peut être délégué à l’AEV.
