With a view to improving its services, the Métropole Européenne de Lille (MEL) wishes to draw on your own experience to adapt to your needs. On 12 May 2014, the President of the European Metropolis of Lille, Damien Castelain, stressed in particular the importance to be attached in the coming years, to the proximity to the user: to make the metropolis even closer and more efficient to better serve citizens, in our 85 municipalities (now 90). The idea of this reflection around metropolitan services is therefore to help and accompany you in your daily efforts. In short, it is about identifying avenues for improvement on existing metropolitan services so that they meet your expectations, are more efficient and easier to use regardless of the channel used.
