Publication of the results of official controls carried out in food safety since 1 March 2017. The entries for the 4 levels of hygiene: **Highly satisfactory level of hygiene:** establishments with no non-compliance, or only minor non-compliances. **Satisfactory level of hygiene:** establishments with non-compliances which do not justify the adoption of administrative police measures but to which the administrative authority sends a reminder of the regulations with a view to improving practices. **Level of hygiene to be improved:** establishments whose operator has been instructed to carry out corrective measures within a time limit set by the administrative authority and which leads to a new control of the State services to verify the implementation of these corrective measures. **Level of hygiene to be corrected urgently:** establishments with non-conformities likely to endanger the health of the consumer and for which the administrative authority orders the administrative closure, withdrawal or suspension of health approval.
