All sections from the BD Topo forming the network of roads with high traffic for departmental use

The highways defined in Article L. 110-3 of the Highway Code are: (a) The national roads defined in Article L. 123-1 of the Road Traffic Code and referred to in the above-mentioned Decree of 5 December 2005; (b) The roads listed in the current decree (c) The straps connecting between them two sections of large traffic roads, or a section of highways and a motorway. “Broken” means a lane connecting two roads that intersect at different levels. __Origin__ Download the 2010 Urban Units file on the INSEE website. http://www.insee.fr/fr/methodes/default.asp?page=zonage s/unites_urbanes.htm The zones are created by aggregation of the municipalities of the same urban unit.
