[The Annual Survey of Pension Funds (EACR)](https://drees.solidarites-sante.gouv.fr/sources-outils-et-enquetes/01-lenquete-annuelle-aupres-des-caisses-de-retraite-eacr) collects aggregated data on pensioners (numbers, pensions paid, conditions for the settlement of entitlements) of legally compulsory pension funds (basic pension schemes, integrated schemes and supplementary pension schemes) as well as beneficiaries of invalidity and permanent incapacity pensions.
The EACR is the only source of aggregate pension and disability data (in the broad sense) with harmonised concepts, ensuring comparability from one plan to another, and also over time.
The DREES puts these data into open data, enriched with all regime data estimated by the [Ancêtre] model(https://drees.solidarites-sante.gouv.fr/sources-outils-et-enquetes/le-modele-ancetre).
Data are open under [Open License 2.0](https://www.etalab.gouv.fr/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/ETALAB-Licence-Ouverte-v2.0.pdf), which requires, inter alia, to mention the source for each use. This must be displayed as follows: “Source: DREES, Annual Survey of Pension Funds (EACR), enriched with the ANCETRE model”.
