Also available in this dataset are:
* Average costs (EUR/MWh) of adjustments
* The number of tense situations (half-days)
The TERRE project (Trans-European Replacement Reserve Exchange) corresponds to the establishment of a European platform for the exchange of standard tertiary reserve products which can be activated in 30 minutes (RR: Replace Reserve) between transmission system operators. The first TEN exchanges on this platform started on 2 December 2020.
