This API comes from a certified public service.
The BOAMP API** is an Application Programming Interface allowing direct access to BOAMP ads based on predefined selection criteria.
### Content of accessed data
Created by Decree No. 57-435 of 4 April 1957, BOAMP disseminates notices of public invitation to tender and the results of State contracts, the army, local authorities and their public institutions. It also publishes public-private partnership contracts and concession notices.
Article 33 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25 March 2016 on public procurement stipulates that distribution is mandatory for BOAMP for all contracts the amount of which exceeds the European thresholds. Below these thresholds, a publication remains mandatory in BOAMP or in a newspaper entitled to receive legal announcements. For contracts with adapted procedure (MAPA) less than EUR 90 000 excluding tax, the public buyer has the choice of the media he will use to publicise his markets.
The BOAMP data are posted on the site on the day of publication twice a day, 7 days a week.
