Table of quantitative issues reported to the IRR and for each flood scenario, produced for reporting purposes for the European Floods Directive.The European Directive 2007/60/EC of 23 October 2007 on the assessment and management of risks in Europe; flooding (OJEU L 288, 06-11-2007, p. 27) influences the flood prevention strategy in Europe. It requires the production of risk management plans for ' floods aimed at reducing the negative consequences of floods on human health, the environment, cultural heritage and the economic activity.The objectives and requirements for achievement are given by the law of 12 July 2010 establishing a national commitment for the environment (LENE) and the decree of 2 March 2011. Within this framework, the primary objective of flooding and risk mapping of IRRs is to contribute, by homogenising and objecting knowledge of the #x27th; exposure of issues to floods, to #x27; development of risk management plans for #x27; flooding (PGRI).This dataset is used to produce maps of the issues exposed at an appropriate scale.
