This dataset will continue to be updated until the end of 2023. — In order to be able to declare the CIR or ITC, an undertaking using a provider for its R & D operations must verify that it has a CIR or CII licence. It must also ensure that the expenditure subcontracted is eligible. The list of organisations, and style offices is indicative. Since this list is not enforceable against the administration, it cannot be used as evidence and substitutes for the approval decision granted by the MESR. The contractor must check with the supplier that the latter has the approval decision.
