Area of application for clearing in Pas-de-Calais (AD)

Is a clearing any voluntary operation directly or indirectly causing the destruction of ' forested state of land and ending its forest destination.Any clearing requires the obtaining of #x27; prior authorisation of the #x27; administration.The clearance is exempted from this authorisation in woods and forests with an area below a threshold between 0.5 and 4 ha (threshold fixed by department and by the representative of the State).
