These data on the number of operators, areas and flocks are derived from the annual checks carried out by the approved certifying bodies on farms and processing companies, which are engaged in organic distribution.
**Geographical precision**
The data are aggregated at the municipal level: code of the municipality of the site of activity or in the absence of the place of operation.
**Operating data**
Number of operators per municipality, or default by postal code. All operators are located by their postal code, almost all by the municipality of their registered office

_P_: producers (yc producers with another activity: processing at the farm, shop of the farm...)
_T_: transformers or restaurants (yc transformers having another activity: transformers/distributors or transformers-importers)

Certified organic or in-conversion areas at the end of the year
_nb_exp_: Number of farms engaged (with or without areas committed (yc beekeepers, etc.)
_SurfAB_: Areas under organic farming arrived at the end of their conversion period

_SurfC2_: Areas in the second year of conversion
_SurfC3_: Area in third year of conversion

In case of major update that would not be compatible with previous version of API, we keep for 30 days both versions so you will have enough time to transfer to new version. We will inform you about the changes in advance by e-mail.
