Dataset description

Geographical area which determines the dominant use of land for a given territory, specifying the main use that can be made of it. For each graphic area there is the same regulation defined in the urban planning procedure (PLU, saved sector). Outside Lyon and Villeurbanne it is the area that bears the height of the buildings authorised or directly the Regulation as well as the values of COS or CES Attributes PLAFOND, COS, CES On the territory of Lyon and Villeurbanne it is the zoné island that carries this information.
