Dataset description

One of the indicators for measuring network quality is the average annual shut-off frequency per HTA-connected power plant. This indicator takes into account both long cuts (above 3 min) and short cuts (between 1 and 3 min). The values displayed correspond to average annual cut-off frequencies on the network managed by Enedis excluding exceptional events and off-RTE.
