Average land prices and near free of more than 70 ares per small agricultural region grouped in Languedoc-Roussillon (2014)

The prices are published in the Decree of 13 July 2015 fixing the indicative scale of the average market value of agricultural land in 2014 (http://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/eli/arrete/2015/7/13/AGRS1516440A/jo/texte). A publication of the series common to Terres d'Europe — SCAFR and the SSP was carried out on the basis of a recast of the method d' estimation of the market value of agricultural land. This project is concretised today by the common distribution of prices of land and pre-agricultural, at all geographical levels, the quality of which is labeled by the SSP. The values correspond to the price of land and meadows of more than 70 ares in current euro per hectare.
