Average land prices and nearly free of more than 70 ares per small aggregated agricultural area (1999-2013)

A publication of series common to Terres d'Europe — SCAFR and the SSP was carried out on the basis of a recast of the method of #x27; estimation of the market value of agricultural land. This project is concretised today by the common distribution of prices of land and pre-agricultural, at all geographical levels, the quality of which is labeled by the SSP. The values correspond to the price of land and meadows of more than 70 ares in current euro per hectare. The mapping layer is sub-departmental and corresponds to the aggregation of small agricultural regions whose grouping is described below: http://agreste.agriculture.gouv.fr/IMG/pdf/venale2014annexebsva.pdf __Origin__ The layer was produced on the basis of the municipal repository of the BD-CARTO of l'IGN. This is a request by join on the INSEE code between the municipalities of the data source and the municipalities of the geographical repository.
