Quantitative ad-hoc study conducted online by the Ifop Institute on behalf of Hadopi with a representative national sample (representativity ensured according to quota method) of French Internet users aged 15 years and over 5,010 individuals. Respondents are separated into 2 matched subsamples on sociodemographic and consumption criteria for dematerialised cultural goods: a sample of 1,504 Internet users for questions related to Legal Offer indicators, and a sample of 3,506 Internet users for detailed usage issues by type of goods. Land realised from 10 April to 2 May 2019.
The study quantifies the level of consumption of dematerialised, legal and illegal cultural goods among French Internet users. It establishes the profile of consumers and analyses the evolution of uses and perceptions of the legal offer.
