Quantitative ad-hoc study conducted online by the Ifop Institute on behalf of Hadopi with a representative national sample (representativity ensured according to quota method) of French Internet users aged 15 years and over 5,002 individuals. Respondents are separated into 2 matched subsamples on sociodemographic and consumption criteria for dematerialised cultural goods: a sample of 1,515 Internet users for questions related to Legal Offer indicators, and a sample of 3,487 Internet users for detailed usage questions by type of goods. Land realised from 25 May to 15 June 2020.
The study quantifies the level of consumption of dematerialised, legal and illegal cultural goods among French Internet users. It establishes the profile of consumers and analyses the evolution of uses and perceptions of the legal offer.
