### SIRENE base of companies and their institutions (SIREN, SIRET) This dataset comes from a certified public service ATTENTION: This dataset will no longer be updated from ### 30 April 2019 and will be replaced by the [Base Sirene v3](https://data.opendatasoft.com/explore/dataset/economicref-france-sirene-v3%40public/table/) This dataset provides access to the 9 million companies and 10 million active establishments in the INSEE Sirene directory, which registers their civil status daily. WARNING Since the Sirene database contains personal data, INSEE draws your attention to the legal obligations arising therefrom: * The processing of these data is subject to the reporting obligations of Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended, says CNIL Law: <HTTPS://WWW.CNIL.FR/FR/LOI-78-17-DU-6-JANVIER-1978-MODIFIEE > * Depending on your use of the dataset, it is your responsibility to take into account the most recent distribution status of each natural person.
