Bicycle Counting — History — Data Meters and Counting Sites

**Historical dataset of bicycle time counts and location of counting sites** Data available since 1 January 2018 **2 types of historical files** are available: **\- per counter (with traffic direction) and per hour** **\- per metering site (without distinction of traffic sense) and by 1/4 hour** ** _CSV files compressed in attachments below_** A metering site may be equipped with a counter in the case of a one-way cycling arrangement or two meters in the case of a bi-directional cycling arrangement. The City of Paris has been deploying permanent bike counters for several years to evaluate the development of cycling practice. The counting sites and donating meters are located on bike paths and in some bus corridors open to bicycles.
