Dataset description

This dataset presents the departmental distribution of the number and maximum capacity (MWh) of the biomethane methanisation injection projects registered in the queue at each end of the year since 2022 on the gas transmission and distribution networks. For the current year, data are updated at the end of each quarter. For Commercially Sensitive Information reasons, projects can emerge in departments despite the lack of data feedback (especially when there are fewer than 3 sites in project on a department). Perimeter: Metropolitan France, excluding Corsica.
