The DILA broadcasts, on boamp.fr, notices of public call for competition and the results of state contracts, the army, local authorities and their public institutions. There are also public-private partnership contracts and concession notices. Distribution is mandatory at BOAMP for all contracts whose amount exceeds the European thresholds. Below these thresholds, a publication remains mandatory in BOAMP or in a newspaper entitled to receive legal announcements. For contracts with adapted procedure (MAPA) less than EUR 90 000 excluding tax, the public buyer has the choice of the media he will use to publicise his markets.
**To facilitate the work of public buyers,** Dila has developed two simulators published on its website boamp.fr:
— Simulator for the selection of BOAMP publication forms
— Simulator for the choice of the BOAMP publication package
—
**For companies**, Dila has designed and published on its websites service-public.fr and boamp.fr a simulator for calculating default interest on public contracts.
**The form selection assistance simulator** allows the public purchaser to determine the form to be used to publish his notice among the 40 forms proposed by BOAMP.
By answering 4 questions, he is oriented to the form corresponding to his expectations.
The simulator takes into account the amendments made by the European directives and the new decrees on public procurement, defence or security contracts and concessions which entered into force on 1 April 2016.
The simulator data is updated according to regulatory developments.
The simulators developed by DILA use the **G6K simulation engine** whose sources can be accessed via the link: https://github.com/eureka2/G6K
In addition to the sources, are available via this link:
— The definition (steps, rules,.), in XSD format, valid for all simulators developed with the G6K engine;
— The procedure for making available and installing the engine.
**The simulator data provided by DILA** consists of an XML file for the simulator definition.
