Boundaries of the Charente cantons.

Surface objects of the cantons, in accordance with Decree No. 2014-195 of 20 February 2014 on the delimitation of cantons in the department of Charente. In 2015, the departmental elections (ex cantonals) designate the departmental councillors replacing the general councillors elected in 2008 and 2011. For each canton, a binomial (female-male) is elected, for a period of 6 years, in a single majority vote in 2 rounds.
