Provided for in article L.2312-1 of the CGCT, the holding of the debate on budgetary guidelines (DOB) is mandatory in municipalities with more than 3,500 inhabitants. This debate allows the deliberating assembly to:
— to discuss, on the basis of a report, the budgetary guidelines that prefigure the priorities that will be posted in the original budget of the City and the Parkings,
to be informed about the development of the community’s financial situation.
