Cadastre — Parcels of the Basque Country 2020
The cadastre is a set of administrative plans and files that list all the properties located in each French commune, and which records the value of them in order to serve as the basis for calculating certain taxes. (Wikipedia).
The data open to date are those of the cadastral plan: plots, sections, frames and cladding elements. Property and owner files are not affected.
The policy of opening and sharing public data (“Open Data”) is led, under the authority of the Prime Minister, by the Etalab mission, headed by Ms. Laure Lucchesi.
