The list of allergens is periodically revised based on scientific assessments and we invite you to consult the [DGCCRF website](https://www.economie.gouv.fr/dgccrf/Publications/Vie-pratique/Fiches-pratiques/Allergene-alimentaire) for any changes and updates to this list. * * * Attached is the fact sheet on allergens published in May 2019 by the DGCCRF.
