Community Regulation (EC) No 259/2008 required Member States to publish the amounts of aid received by each beneficiary under the CAP.
Following the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union of 9 November 2010, the legal basis for the publication of beneficiaries of CAP payments was partially invalidated: it now only applies to legal persons.
The data available through Etalab are therefore the amounts received under the EAFRD (excluding and included subsidised loans) and from the EAFRD (direct and other payments) for each relevant corporate form.
