Dataset description
The redefinition of the perimeters of polling stations scrupulously respects both the boundaries of the new cantons and those of the legislative constituencies. On 25 August 2014, the Prefectural Decree establishing in the Department of Vienna polling stations for the period from 1 March 2015 to 29 February 2016, validates the new geographical perimeters of the polling stations of the City of Poitiers. Decree No. 2014-264 of 26 February 2014 on the delimitation of cantons in the Department of Vienna, published on 1 March 2014, defines 5 cantons in the municipality of Poitiers The distribution of voters in polling stations is now done by address and no longer by initial of the surname.
