[The Order of 14 April 2017](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/eli/arrete/2017/4/14/ECFM1637256A/jo/texte), as amended by [the Order of 27 July 2018](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000037282994&dateTexte=&categorieLien=id), requires all public purchasers to publish the essential data of public procurement. Thus, from 1 October 2018, public buyers must publish the award data no later than two months after the notification of the contract.
The data structure is defined by [XML and JSON schemas](https://github.com/etalab/format-commande-publique) that apply the requirements of the Orders.

In case of major update that would not be compatible with previous version of API, we keep for 30 days both versions so you will have enough time to transfer to new version. We will inform you about the changes in advance by e-mail.
