Classified Facilities for Environmental Protection in Franche-Comté

Location by a punctual of the installations classified for the protection of the environment (ICPE). There are different types of ICPE (different procedures): — ICPE type Seveso high threshold, — ICPE type Seveso low threshold, — ICPE subject to Authorisation, — ICPE subject to registration, — ICPE subject to Declaration. The files contain exclusively the operating establishments. A classified facility for the protection of the environment (ICPE), in France, is an installation operated or owned by any legal person, public or private, which may present dangers or disadvantages for the convenience of residents, health, safety, public health, agriculture, the protection of nature and the environment, the conservation of sites and monuments. Specifically, an ICPE is an establishment (installation) that has an activity corresponding to a field d'activity described within;a list of the code of the environment. The classification regime for ICPE (Seveso, Authorisation, Registration, Declaration) is set by a specific threshold for each heading. Note: ICPE data in Franche-Comté are distributed in 2 separate files: — Installations classified for the protection of the environment (subject to authorisation or registration or of the type Seveso) in Franche-Comté, — Installations classified for the protection of the environment subject to declaration in Franche-Comté. __Origin__ Publication of the standard took place after the adoption of the PPR procedure. The master responsible for managing the PPR decided to take over the file to produce the data in COVADIS format.
