The Municipal Safeguard Plan (PCS) was established by the Civil Security Modernisation Act of 13 August 2004. Mandatory for any municipality subject to a major risk identified by an approved Natural Risk Prevention Plan (PPRN) or by a Specific Plan d'' Intervention (PPI) for technological risks, it is highly recommended for all other municipalities. __Origin__ The contours of the municipalities come from the BD Topo.
