Competent Structure Management of Aquatic Environments — Hautes-Pyrénées

Division of municipalities by sub-watershed, with information for each sector, of the structure having the competence of the aquatic environment, and the structure under which a river technician intervenes. __Origin__ Each sector obtained by dividing the municipalities of the BD-Topo, according to the main sub-watersheds, is associated with the structure having the competence of aquatic environment, d' on the one hand, and the structure under which a river technician intervenes, d' other. These two structures may or may not be identical. In some sectors, a river technician intervenes either under the competent structure or under an agreement between communities. The status of the union of l'Alaric is special (imperial decree of 29/08/1855), and does not correspond to that of an EPCI. This information will have to be updated at the end of 2016/early 2017, in order to comply with the intercommunal map on the department.
