Consolidated Consolidated Public Order Data (DECP) converted into a format that can be opened in spreadsheet software. They are in accordance with the [DECP tabular scheme](https://github.com/ColinMaudry/decp-table-schema).
These data are updated [daily](https://github.com/ColinMaudry/decp-table-schema-utils/actions/workflows/main.yml) by transforming [official data into JSON format](https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/5cd57bf68b4c4179299eb0e9/).

## Completeness
This dataset, like [the official dataset](https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/5cd57bf68b4c4179299eb0e9/), does not contain the data of all public contracts awarded in France. Here are some statistics to give you an idea of the completeness of this data:
— 7 000 public buyers (out of a total of approximately 70,000)
— all contracts awarded on [these procurement portals](https://github.com/139bercy/decp-rama/issues/74)
— all contracts of purchasers who send the [PES Contract](https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/donnees-essentielles-de-la-commande-publique-transmises-via-le-pes-marche/) to DGFiP
— around 300,000 contracts and concession contracts since 2018 (see detail [here](https://139bercy.github.io/decp-monitoring/))
If you are a buyer and your markets are not present in this data, contact your buyer profile so that it facilitates the mass (not market-by-market) download of its essential data. Or better, let it publish them on data.gouv.fr ([procedure details](https://doc.data.gouv.fr/commande-publique/publier-donnees-essentielles-d-attribution/)).
