The Digital Interministerial Strategic Policy Committee (COSINUM) is the strategic inter-ministerial forum for the state digital sector. Twice a year, it sets out the broad guidelines, as well as the human and budgetary resources to be mobilised. It takes note of the progress of the missions and the progress of the indicators for steering the TECH.GOUV programme, decides on the necessary changes, and submits its conclusions to the Government.
Chaired by the Secretary General of the Government (SGG) and moderated by the Interministerial Director of Digital Affairs (DINUM), COSINUM brings together the Secretaries-General of all Ministries and Directors of Budget (DB), Public Transformation (DITP), Administration and Public Service (DGAFP), State Procurement (DAE) and Information Systems Security (ANSSI).
Here you will find the report of the COSINUM of 28 May 2020, together with the associated sheets.
